The April 2023 CALUC Meeting (The First Proposal)
The first proposal for a six-storey, 24 unit, rental, affordable building was presented to the JBNA CALUC (Community Association Land Use Committee) meeting in April 2023. Many of the issues relevant to the current (4th) proposal were raised during this meeting.
